“Cosmic Kiss” at Art Alley

The Downtown Lynchburg Association sent out a call for artists to submit artwork to be chosen for their beautification project known as “Art Alley.” The piece that I illustrated and submitted was 1 of 8 submissions chosen out of many entries around Central Virginia. I caught wind of the art contest a few days before the deadline, and was able to whip something up that sparks joy in myself and in others! This piece, which I call “Cosmic Kiss,” is a little different from what I usually make because I set out to make something that would be wildly unique and aesthetically exciting to have displayed on a large scale. 

I am so grateful for this opportunity and the opportunities and connections I have made due to this leap of faith. A huge thank you to the Downtown Lynchburg Association for being so encouraging and supportive of me and my craft. Thank you to Signs By Tomorrow Lynchburg as well for doing such a great job printing and mounting the piece!
